If the following error message “This is not a valid email address or password” is displayed, don’t worry.
Here are the steps you need to follow to solve this problem:
1️⃣ Verify your login
Check your email address and password for any spelling mistakes.
👉 You can click on the eye icon in the password field to verify what you have entered.
2️⃣ Reset your password
If you are not sure of your password, click on “Forgot your password?”
A reset link will be sent to the email address linked to your Lireka account.
3️⃣ Check that you already have an account
If you do not receive this email, it is possible that you don’t have a Lireka account.
⚠️ Indeed, it is possible to place an order as a guest by entering only your email address.
In this case, no account is automatically created, and you will not be able to access all the features offered by a Lireka account (previous orders, order tracking, wishlist, etc.).
👉 To quickly create an account:
Click on Account > Sign up
Use the same email address as for your previous orders
Your previous order history will then be available in your account.
