Depending on the destination of your order, the invoice may or may not be attached to the parcel. Here are the applicable rules.
📦 Shipments to France and the European Union
For deliveries to France or any country within the European Union, the invoice is never included in the parcel.
No customs documentation is required for these destinations. No invoice or billing document will be visible on the parcel.
🌍 Shipments outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, the invoice must be attached to the parcel.
This is an international customs requirement, allowing the authorities in the destination country to verify:
the contents of the parcel,
the value of the items,
and the compliance of the shipment with import regulations.
In these cases, we are unfortunately legally required to display the invoice on the parcel. It cannot be removed or hidden.
