If you receive your order and it seems incomplete, please check in My Account > My Orders to see if your order has been sent in multiple packages.

1. Why some orders are shipped in separate packages
Your order may be sent in several packages if:
- you have ordered books with very different shipping times,
- some titles are on pre-order
Splitting your order allows us to send you the books that are available more quickly, without waiting for all items to be ready.
2. How to check if your order is complete
If you receive a package and the order appears to be incomplete:
Log in to My Account → My Orders.
Check if your order has been shipped in multiple packages.
