Once your order has been confirmed, it is sometimes still possible to change the delivery address, but only before the package has been shipped.
We therefore invite you to contact us by email at contact@lireka.com as soon as possible if you notice an error.
📬 How do I request an address change?
To enable us to assist you quickly and efficiently, please send us all of the following information by email to contact@lireka.com:
- Your order number (e.g., 20251204-FR-12345L).
- The new, complete and corrected delivery address, including:
- first and last name of the recipient,
- number, street, building, apartment if applicable,
- postal code, city, country,
- phone number if required for delivery.
🚚 Changes can only be made before shipment.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier:
- the address can no longer be changed,
- we cannot recall or redirect a package that is already in transit,

any changes by our service become impossible and will depend on the conditions of the carrier in the destination country.
In this case, we invite you to contact the carrier directly to report the error and agree on new delivery terms with their service. If the address is incorrect after shipment, the package may:
- still be delivered to you thanks to changes made by the carrier
- be returned to the sender (us),
- or be delivered to an inaccurate or incorrect address according to the carrier's local rules.

To avoid shipping errors, remember to check:
- the spelling of the name and street,
- the postal code,
- the building or apartment number,
- the country-specific format (e.g., state codes, provinces, etc.).
