1. Locate your tracking number 🔎
To track your UPS shipment, you will need your tracking number. You can find it:
in the shipping confirmation email you received after your order was dispatched, or
directly in your Lireka customer account, under Order tracking > Track Package
Without this number, UPS tracking cannot be performed.
2. Track your parcel online
The information provided by UPS allows you to track your parcel from our bookstore in Grenoble all the way to your home. The tracking details are updated regularly, and the website also provides an estimated delivery date.
To follow your UPS shipment:
Go to the official UPS tracking page: https://www.ups.com/track
Enter your tracking number in the dedicated field.
Click “Track” to view the current delivery status (In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, etc.).
UPS tracking updates in real time as your parcel moves through the logistics network.
3. Additional tracking options
UPS offers several useful tools:
UPS My Choice: Create a free account to receive delivery alerts, view all your incoming parcels, or adjust delivery preferences depending on your local UPS service availability.
UPS Mobile App: Track your shipment from your smartphone and receive push notifications about status updates.
These tools make it easier to monitor your delivery without having to re-enter your tracking number every time.

UPS ensures fast and reliable shipping almost everywhere in the world in 2 to 8 business days (depending on the country).
