1. Locate your tracking number 🔎
When your order is shipped with La Poste Internationale, you will receive an email containing:
your tracking number,
a direct link to the official tracking page.
You can also track your package’s progress from the Order Tracking page > Track Package.
You can then follow your parcel from the moment it leaves our bookstore until it reaches your country.
2. Track your parcel in France📦
La Poste tracking allows you to see:
when the parcel is picked up,
the export steps from France (dispatch from the postal center, transit, departure from the country),
its arrival in the destination country.
These updates are regularly provided while the parcel is within the French postal network.
3. For Detailed Tracking in the Destination Country 🌍
Once the parcel is scanned in your country, La Poste hands over the shipment to the local postal service.
From that point on:
the La Poste website may stop showing new updates,

the most accurate and detailed tracking is generally available on the destination country’s postal website. You can track your shipment on the website of the postal service in the destination country:

Enter the tracking number we provided you directly on the website of the postal service in the destination country.
👉 We strongly recommend checking the tracking on your local postal service’s website as soon as the parcel is marked “arrived in the destination country” or “handling by the receiving office.”

🤔 What If the Tracking Appears Stalled?
It is normal to see:
a temporary pause in updates during international transit,
a delay between the parcel’s arrival in the country and the first update on the local website (typically 1–5 days depending on the country).
Please note that packages shipped internationally must go through customs. Depending on the efficiency of the customs services in the country, this customs clearance process can take several days.
